About This Event
PYC Talks: The Future of Climate Finance for Indonesia’s Energy Transition was organized as a strategic policy dialogue to discuss emerging opportunities, financing mechanisms, and institutional readiness needed to support Indonesia’s transition toward a low-carbon energy system. The event brought together government officials, financial regulators, industry practitioners, researchers, and development partners to exchange perspectives on the future direction of climate finance in Indonesia.
The discussion explored the role of public and private investment in accelerating renewable energy deployment, strengthening sustainable finance frameworks, and improving access to financing for energy transition projects. Speakers also addressed policy challenges, regulatory reforms, and the importance of cross-sector collaboration in mobilizing long-term capital for climate action.
As part of PYC’s commitment to advancing evidence-based policy dialogue, the event provided a platform for constructive engagement between policymakers and stakeholders working on climate finance and sustainable energy development.
