Welcome to RECLICKS by the Purnomo Yusgiantoro Center (PYC). By accessing or using our website (https://reclicks-pyc.org/), including submitting research proposals, papers, or downloading publications from our Knowledge Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our platform.


2. Intellectual Property and Use of Content

All content published on RECLICKS, including but not limited to research reports, articles, graphics, data, and policy briefs, is the intellectual property of RECLICKS, PYC, or its respective contributing researchers.

  • Knowledge Hub Usage: You may download, read, and cite the materials provided on our Knowledge Hub for personal, educational, and non-commercial research purposes.
  • Attribution: Any use or citation of our materials must strictly include appropriate credit to the original author(s) and RECLICKS by PYC.
  • Restriction: You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our publications for commercial gain without explicit written permission from our editorial team.


3. Call for Papers and Proposals (Open Calls)

By submitting documents (such as proposals, research papers, or personal data) to RECLICKS through our “Open Calls” initiatives, you acknowledge and warrant that:

  • The submitted work is strictly your original creation and does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights or constitute plagiarism.
  • You grant RECLICKS and PYC the right to review, store, and potentially publish the submitted work (subject to further individual agreements or Terms of Reference provided during the specific call).
  • All funding decisions and proposal selections made by the RECLICKS committee are final.


4. Acceptable Use

When interacting with our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our secure servers, admin dashboards, or user databases.
  • Use automated systems (such as bots or scrapers) to extract data, research documents, or user information from our platform.
